Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
Opinly is a service for collecting customer feedback and measuring NPS. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have.
Who we are
Opinly operates the service at opinly.biz. For the account holders who sign in to the panel we act as the data controller. For the feedback collected through surveys we act as a processor on behalf of the business that sends them.
Data we process
Account holders: name, email address, profile picture and — if you sign in with Google — the account identifier Google gives us. We ask Google only for your name, email and profile picture; we never request access to your mail, files or contacts.
Survey recipients: the phone number supplied by the business, the answers given, and technical delivery data for the message. We do not buy phone numbers and do not send anything on our own initiative.
Why we process it
To run your account and sign you in, to deliver surveys and show the results, and to keep the service secure and working. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Google sign-in
Signing in with Google gives us your name, email address and profile picture. We store them to identify your account. Your Google password is never shared with us. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account exists. Survey data is kept for as long as the business that collected it needs it; when an account is deleted, its data is deleted with it.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to us and we will respond.
